Do kits include positive/negative controls? +

Yes—controls are provided or referenced in each IFU. We also guide on NTC and extraction controls.

How should I share run data for troubleshooting? +

Export amplification plots and Ct tables from your instrument software and attach them in the form. Include sample prep steps and lot numbers.

Turnaround time for custom assays? +

Feasibility in 2–3 business days; typical delivery 2–4 weeks depending on targets and validation scope.
